I faced multiple challenges with airtel xsafe
1. Fraud Market team fraud: I have been told that installation will be done on the same day. But, once i made the payment, there was no call, no follow-up for couple of days. I even made complaint but no response call from the team.
2. Fraud Installation Engineer: I have been told that airtel records 7 days data. But, he has not specified that recording will only happen if camera detects any motion. Engineer hides this information.
3. Fraud Customer Service: I even made complain regarding their marketing team, but they intentionally did not registers it. secondly, I made complain since camera motion detector is not working. I have not got any follow up call.
None of the complain got resolved and there were no follow-ups.
I need full refund of the service. ( Rs 4000 paid for one year) and strict action to be taken against these fraudsters. Kindly help here.
