I went to buy a 4g hot spot …one of the lady staff advice to take postpaid sim for the plan 399 in advance I paid 2400 for 6 months …. After that she gave an 4g hotspot she said untill 6 months u will not get bill and u no need to pay amount….
But as soon as a month gone I got message that I have to pay 1 St month bill… I refused that message 2 nd month also I got same thing soon I went and talk to that lady …she said sir u pay for this month from next month to 6 months u will not get the bill…… The same thing happened for another two months .. now I went to meet that lady but the shop has shifted from KR Puram to hoodi in Bangalore……. Again I went in search there I met an manager they respond me that ..the store which was in KR Puram was not original Airtel store……. They are contract in Airtel store….we cannot help u …..I spent 8.300/RS . For bills till now…… Finally I have been froad from airtel
