I just made my new connection with airtel by doing mnp from jio to airtel i paid 1,498 for postpaid plan of unlimited calls & data 2gb/day but now after inserting sim there is no plan available in my account and i just got a 10rs balance & some amount of data balance that is 55mb the sales person was from airtel they registered my number & alternative number made port request registered my aadhar card photo on airtel application and atlast also made a fraud i tried chating on airtel app not helpfull tried calling customer care not able to reach any cse they are asking me to make recharge first on both toll-free number 121 & 198.
