I recharged my airtel number through Airtel thanks app on 2 Apr 2021. After that they send a message please wait for confirmation message. But they don’t confirmation message. When I complaint to airtel customer care they ask to wait for refund in ten working days. Then I wait for ten days but I don’t receive any refund. Then I again contact to customer care they are asking we don’t receive any payment contact to your bank for payment. I also contacted to bank they provide me statement showing successful payment to airtel to their VPA airltelin.rzp@axisbank. They are fraud . This is not only happens with me lots of people also face this issue. Plaese give us justice we are Students we don’t bear these losses. Hope u will provide justice
