I didn’t buy any services nor told to Airtel company to upgrade DTH as discussed with Airtel executive they were upgrading my DTH without paying single rupee, I agreed but when saw my bill there was 1500 amount reflecting regarding DTH that i totally dined to pay. why should i pay any amount which i didn’t request.
I requested to Airtel to check recording but they are not doing so and not accepting their mistake and asking that amount will be reimbursed after 12 month. my point is that if i didn’t buy any service why i should wait for 12 month.
