Dear sir/madam
My airtel sim of UP East circle had a life time validity when i purchased it about 13 years back. But had received a message that it is ending soon. I don’t understand how a lifetime validity SIM card’s outgoing expires.
This is just legally wrong to sell lifetime validity sim cards and then expire them in a month’s notice
Please take necessary action to stop this Kind of fraud.
This is a kind of blackmailing that you recharge on airtel or else your number will be blocked which may be primary number connected to so many banks, aadhar, pan, and other services.
Please do needful.
