I am Dr Vijay Raj Shokeen
I am using various services of Airtel on multiple(28) no like 9540484844,,9136291921,,9213761552,, 9911864154,,01141541305 and many more.
I had booked one six months plan for broadband @ 40 mbps at my office on 25th March 2021 which had been installed on 31st March but at a speed of 16 MBPS after lot of exercise and complaints they make it at 40 mbps after one month
yesterday they stopped my services for internet and when i talked to 121 for 30 min they asked me to pay rs 563.78 to resume the services
Means very ridiculous i had paid for six month so that i do not get disturbed now i am facing this kind of situation .how a person can survive in lockdown without net and that too for which i had already paid .
I need your immediate action on this or i will have to change entire my services to some other ISP and MSP Concern no is 01141541305 services of airtel xstream broadband net
I also demand for the losses and harassments due to non availability of services. My existing connection should be extended for three months without interruption else i will be bound for legal action against your company
