Today I visited at above mentioned Airtel gallery to convert my postpaid connection into prepaid connection. Ur executive informed me to clear all my dues amount so I cleared on the spot all dues amount ,
after I cleared all amount the executive suddenly forced me to continue my connection into postpaid for 6 month compulsory instead of prepaid, I don’t know why ……
after that I called customers care for the same issue n they informed that after clear all my dues I m willing to convert my connection as per my wish……
also she conveyed me that kindly gave my call to that gallery person so I can ask them why they are giving me wrong information but the gallery person are not ready to take my phone n talk with customer care person …. infact they removed their name labels…
also when I asked kindly introduce me with ur manager they told right now no manager is available……. this make me really very apsets about their rude behaviour.
