I have been using airtel prepaid sim from last 10 years. Now a days airtel is trying to loot customer by raising the monthly pack recharge amount. But this time they have stopped the SMS service for customers who don’t have unlimited packs. Even if i have balance i am not able to send SMS. Due to which i am facing issue for verifying my upi account(that required sending SMS from our own mobile for verification).
Request consumer court to resolve this issue as for sending 1-2 sms one has to recharge for more than Rs200.
This ia real cheating with customers.
