Dear Airtel Team,

This is a reminder to the above email which was sent earlier in regards to the shifting of Airtel fixed line & broadband to new address.

Additionally, I am amazed to see that since this number is not working for last 3 months but bills are sent to us every month, and surprisingly this month bill has been sent to the new address, where Airtel line is impossible to install. In fact we have paid the last months bill amount also.
This is ridiculous service that has been provided, there is no usability of this number still we are getting the bills with due deadlines and we are helplessly paying for it.
And so far no request has been entrained for the shifting as well. Please get this line shifted to our new address (Where you have sent the current month bill) requested at priority, otherwise we will further escalate it via different means, as escalations within your organisation are not working at all.
We want this to be done ASAP.
