Text of Complaint by Harshit Jain:

My Internet is not working since 1st May I tried reaching customer care many times but they drop the call saying that we can’t register the complain as there in technical issue and system not working, then at last on 17th May they registered the first complain and that was also not resolved then we complaint again which they asked that why you didn’t complain before, but we told you people are not registering the complain. Then at last they send one technical person at our place to resolve the issue on 3rd June, which he confirmed that today only i got the complain no. from customer care. After that my Internet started working, then again it stopped working on 17th June for which again we complaint, but they said first pay the amount worth Rs. 2100 which is of May and June month and late fees, but we confirmed that we have not used the internet, so they said your plan has been changed, but we have only taken Rs. 799 plan which we have not made any request to change it. But customer executive said we changed after you confirmed, but we asked this to the customer executive to give the proof then she passed the call to her Supervisor, then he told no plan changed some WRONG information has been given to you by our people. We again asked him register the complain which he did and told that we will call back to you and solve as early as possible as again system is not working. But it’s 22nd June today no one came to resolve the issue but daily call is coming from there billing team to pay the amount. Now I would request the Airtel to solve this on Priority otherwise please take your modem back and I will not be able to do the payment as i have not used the internet. Otherwise next I have to raise this complain to National Consumer Form.
