Never expected such poor response from Air tel , One complaint not addressed for 15 + days
Refer to the following details , Airtel Account , i have made the 6 month advance payment ,

I have raised a shift request on 26th may 2020 , in Chenni within city , SR – 117883138 not even responded till date ,
Location Madhavaram Chenani to new location at ambattur ayapakkam Chennai , where the SR is kept open for last 45 + days ,from May 26th 2020 till now no proper response
There is no proper response , from any customer service , only IVR response and also in Direct visit to the Airtel centre in ambattur not taking any complaint for actioning the same .
Again received msg on 7th july with new SR id , why new SR id , cheating TAT .
I have made the advance payment for 6 months , who will compensate this non usage of this last 15 + days , i need a proper revert
I need the compensate of the date extension of my rent end date for the days of SR date to till it get working properly ,
in need my WIFI to get fixed immediately
i kindly recommend no one to take this Airtel huge service issues
