Text of Complaint by Anshuman Srivastava:

This is to bring in your kind notice that I have opted for ‘Airtel Fiber Xtream’. Your field sales team executives (Praveen and Satyam) called me and asked me about the area with pin-code (D-2/6, 4th floor, Dayal Bagh road, Faridabad-121009). I told your executive that in this area your service is not available as per my discussion with other vendor, but still they assured me that will provide connection don’t worry. They came for checking the area at that again i asked them multiple times are sure you can install the connection? They have given surety and asked me to pay via airtel link which i have paidafter 2-3 days. After making the payment when ur installation expert came he denied to install and said this area is non-serviceable area and rejected my connection request. I have received a message from airtel screenshot is attached for your reference.
It’s been more than 10days till now i have not received my refund and due to which I am unable to install my new connection.
It’s a big disappointment for that Airtel is providing these kind of service. Due to this mess my 10-15days gone waste. So would request to help in initiating my refund asap, as Airtel guys have already taken a lot time. Till now not received my amount. There is no way to get in touch with customer care for non airtel user.
