We have purchased Airtel wi-fi Extreme Fibre 4 months back by paying 6 months advance. In which since last 3 weeks it is not working. We are complaining to Airtel helpline no.198 almost everyday.
They have accepted the fault and agreed to replace the cable. But nothing is happening. We are losing a lot due to this and going through mental & physical distress.
