Text of Complaint by R. Selvakumar:

I have taken airtel broadband connection on may month and i have paid around 3500 for 6 months and I requested for fibre but installation team put copper and he confirmed later will replace to fibre. And june month new fibre box has been fixed near my home and again i requested from your team and i have got call from from Ms.Jyothi (044 49606815) for fibre installation after that no response from your team.

I have send almost 20 mails and everytime i am getting same message “request is under process” but problem not resolve more than month.

Its pathetic service from airtel customer service…
