This is in reference to the issue I’ve been since for my broadband connection.I have paid all the money and they told that It would be installed within 2 working days and now it has been 7 days and still I haven’t got any response from them. I tried making complaint and the costumer service told are not giving me response.i paid for 6 months 999rs plan .called customer care many times and every time they replied ur concern is forwarded and our engineer will come within 4 hrs time b ut all in vain .my number registered for xtreme fibre is 8521811630 .plz look into my concern on priority basis .if u cant provide the connection then why ur sales executive insisted for payment .plz install my broadconnection fibre as soon as possible .
