Hi

I have taken Airtel Fibre Internet plan and have paid full year charges for the same. As per the plan I will get speed of 200mbps but after installing I am getting the speed of around 50mbps.

I have made several complaints and now I am told that 200mbps is possible only if your device is having 5GHz else you will get around 50mbps.

This hidden clause was not told to me when buying this plan and making full year payment.

Therefore this is nothing but CHEATING AND FRAUD.

I have to cancel my plan and refund full amount but that is not happening.

Kindly look into the same urgently.
