Dear Concerned Manager
This is really unfortunate to raise a complaint on the services promised but not kept by Airtel
Details:
Requested for Airtel Fibre connection for my residence and paid 12024/- ( For complete 1 year after 15% discount for 12 months)
Athavan – Airtel representative ( +91 86673 86134). confirmed that the fibre connection can be done at my residence at TVH Vista Heights Tower 6 Flat 604, Kallimadai, Trichy Road, Singanallur, Coimbatore 641005.
He promised that the same day installation would be done and he collected my aadhar card, eye scan, payment ( online from Axis bank for Rs. 12024/- for 1 year subscription) Once payment was done, he said the connection is not possible and wanted me to wait. He was unsure of the timeline and one of the executive Bharathi Kannan called me and said we cannot commit on the timeline as it might take more than 3 months also.
I had requested for refund of my money and been following up since then. No response to calls messages and whatsapp messages till now.
I urge the higher management for a quick resolution and refund of my money in full. You would appreciate during this difficult time, funds management is very difficult and i am raising this complaint formally due to the non responsiveness and irresponsible behaviour of your employee.
