Sir I have requested to installation of Airtel fibre connection but due to unavailability of line connection couldn’t be possible but after that Airtel fibre team made connection live on paper and not refunded any amount after many time complain against this they consider my request ref no-45624931762 with help of sr executive Ms Aditi for disconnection and refund but today i asked about refund they refused and told me no amount will be refunded do whatever you want to do i am facing problem without any uses of broadband connection they hold my money
