Text of Complaint by Diya Dave:

I had requested for a fibre connection from Airtel. A representative contacted me and we decided a plan and confirmed it to him. He asked us to send documents, mobile number and address where installation needs to happen. Post that, he said he initiated the KYC Process and asked for the payment of 3,537 rupees immediately. We received an OTP and gave him the same with the payment. He said installation will happen the next day. However, nothing has happened about it, as of yet. The representative is not responding to calls, messages. Neither is the company, Airtel, is responding to out complaints filed online.
