We have committed the biggest mistake of our lifetime, when we decided to subscribe 4 Airtel FiberOptic connections and that too paid for Annual charge (Rs. 60,657/-).
We subscribed Airtel broadband fiber optic connection in Jul’2020 week 1 at (Vasant Kunj, New Delhi – 110070) residence of our Managing Director.
You can understand how important internet service is now in the post Covid era and the person in such a senior position needs to be online the whole day for attending meetings.
Due to such bad connectivity / services our MD could not attend various important meetings several times and makes our MD frustrated and annoying, but Airtel has nothing to do with this because the consequences have to be faced by her staff and domestic help. Till now 2 persons have already got fired due to non-accessible internet connectivity.
We have never seen such a pathetic speed and service as we are experiencing now. Kindly check your record. We have been complaining every alternate day.
We no longer can run every day behind your technicians, we request you to kindly withdraw our services, arrange to lift Airtel property from our premises and refund us the balance payment after deducting 5 month charges. If you cannot refund, kindly give us credit balance that can be adjusted for other Airtel services.
Kindly note that we are also using Airtel services for mobile/leased line/broadband in our organization, all over India. If Airtel fails to resolve our connectivity issue or refund the money, we will be forced to shift to some other service provider.
