I filled a form online for getting the Airtel Xtream Fibernet connection. The registration officer named GN Sharma came home and took my details and told me that my locality had the fiber wire installed that is required and I paid around 5000 rupees for the wifi connection via my debit card. An hour or so later, the installation guy came to install the wifi and I was told that the fiber wire had actually not been installed in my locality. I had paid Rs. 5000 for something that was impossible to install just because of miscommunication and gross mismanagement on Airtel’s part. Apart from that, when I tried to call the guy who came for registration (GN Sharma), he started shouting at me instead of informing me what was going on.
