I have made request for airtel fibernet broad band connection.within few hours One Airtel guy comes and does all installation documentation.
Took money by saying Pay for 3 months and there will be zero installation charges. So we paid 1766.
Then this guy named Karthik..says pay more 1500 which is refundable for airtel Xtreme set up box…and give me call once broad band connection is done.
So now…he says…there was 1000 for installation..rest is your broadband plan…and disagree on that he has taken 1500 for extreme set up box.
What fraud Airtel and these executive are doing…god knows..its a hard earned money of an Army man…i will not let it go in veins like this…need to take strict action.
Airtel you kindly take all your setup and refund my complete money..that is 1766+1500+100( documentation)=3366/-
