Hi Airtel Team,
Arpit srivastava Interaction ID – 10114093413. Who didn’t help me much as a senior person. My query is still unresolved. I requested for Laser Fiber not optical fiber(Copper Wire) and without my information it started with copper wire and airtel is not helping me more as a customer. Even they are telling me a term and condition without refunding my full amount. I’m suffering since day 1. Internet speed never good. Many times it disconnect. No phone connectivity as they commited. Very old Wifi router. i attached the image earlier.
Issues –
1. Require Fiber connection – Paid for the same because engineer visited and confirmed for availability, why it changed to copper? Why i’ll bear for such amount?
2. Change Wifi Router – It’s very old and dirty.
3. No Phone connection provided.
