Airtel fiber plan can you any where in india , but when you shift to other state, the sales people will not shift tour connection ever you given the shift connection via airtel app, i have given the request for disconnection , but they not did , they activated safe custody with my permission, and it continues billing every month 200 charges of safe custody , no matter how many times you called to customer care . Scammers are there each level in airtel company under the company guidelines. Don’t take airtel fiber connection,. And there is option available of disconnection option in app, ivrs As well .
