I’m sending you this to file a complaint.
I’m still waiting for my reimbursement even after contacting Airtel customer care department multiple times. On the 13th of April 2022, I paid a total of ₹3004 to begin Airtel fibre service. Which was cancelled from their end due to a lack of feasibility. Since then, I’ve been waiting for my payment, which I have yet to get. I call your complaints only hotline number. Every time I call, they tell me to wait for the following 24 hours. So far, no action has been taken. I used to like your services until anything like this happened to me.
I spoke with Anish Shah from the escalation department. He denied taking my complaint and requested that any questions be sent to this email address.
Please take action and process my refund as soon as possible.
