it was on 27th september that my net connection was not detected and there was a light occuring on my wifi modem . now a message is coming from the company that it will start working the next day by 11:00Am , but around 10:00 am there was a new message that the net will start working on 7:00 pm and now again there is a message that it will work on 29th september 4:00 pm . this is abruptly dissapointing . i have to work from home and facing these kind of problem is not at all acceptable and the customer service is not answering the calls properly , just a question to TRAI why the hell is airtel still in communication field , if they cant provide you connections.
