Respected Sir, it is after repeated call to Airtel customer care(121) and no steps taken to ensure functioning of fiber network and I am forced to write this complaint. My Airtel fibernetwork bearing number 01914001073 is not working since 6days and after repeated calling to Airtel service(121) no one came to solve the issue although each day on every call I was assured that it will be solve within 24hrs and they had escalated my problem to seniors but 24hrs become 6days now. I didnot expect such carelessness and lazy response from Airtel service.
