Hello All,

I’m an Airtel customer and raised a request to shift fiber net connection my connection on 9th Aug 2020 and it is supposed to be done by 12th Aug 2020. I keep on contacting airtel customer care people multiple times and only received fake promises and ‘n’ number of lies statements. Still my airtel fiber net connection is not established at my home. I’m paying my airtel bills on time and I’m still facing such issues.
Airtel customer team people played with my mental status by giving fake promises and telling lies. Because of this only, my professional and personal life both have hampered a lot.
I also had a list of names with whom I had conversation regarding my issue respectively.
I request you all to take strict action against such kind of unexpected unprofessional behavior of Airtel personnel and I have also raised this concern to NCH with complaint No.2181889.
I’m looking for justice.
