Booked Airtel fiber net broadband connection via airtel.in website. immediately some one called from airtel and booked the connection on the next day itself. Asked to pay using the airtel link which came to my mobile. eCAF id generated and there was no connection given for more than 10 days. if we ask customer care of airtel they are telling “forwarded your concern to the respective team. please wait and sorry for the inconvenience. if i ask them to refund money also they are not giving back . they asked me to write mail to net@airtel.com even there same reply. i just included trai mail id to make them understand the telecom consumer issues ”
