Greetings of the day,
I am Dr.Paritosh Singh, resident of lane No 13, Ekta Vihar Colony Sahastradhara Road Dehradun-248001 and using airtel mobile number 9415952895,8650663292,7302851977 for 6 years and fiber line No. 01354078822 since July 2020.
I would like to inform you that here is So much mobile network problem from beginning. I had made so many complaints on customer care and Twitter portal as well as email but no relief we get.
I am also facing problems in land line/ fiber line for 3 months and my land line number not worked appropriately 27 days continuesly, when I made complaint for this on CPGRAMS, then resolved.
I would like to inform you that fiber line is not working since 4 pm of 20.09.2021. I called vendor’s mobile approximately 100 times but no response.
I made complaint on customer care and email to Nitin Grover and also complaint on Airtel thanks app but problem is still same.
Please take necessary action in this regard.
