Since yday all our broadband internet and landline services are barred and still not working…
..
Since yday we have made 20+ calls and the supervisors escalated the matter to management also but its very unfortunate to said that i have never ever experienced such worst ever support as there is no call back received from team and no engineer visit and no one is able to raise the support tickets..
After making the payment also our services ilnot yet resumed..
no one is taking our complaint and they said that your unbarred order seems pending and stucked due to that we are unable to take the request in system
.
Why my complaint is not yet registered and why we are suffering this since 34 hrs??????
May i know the process to escalate to consumer forum for the reimbursements against the losses made as we are an IT company and due to no internet all our staff wated 2 days time due to this..

Its our humble request to escalate thr matter to sr team and provide us urgent resolution as we are fed with all this happenings .. and do not force us to take the help of consumer rights legal advisors.
