10 days back my internet was down for 3 days and Airtel’s executive visited my house 3 days later after a false promise done on very first day to resolve the issue in 24 hours.
A total same experience today as well, called customer care yesterday morning at 10:18 am and then again same false promise was done for resolving my issue at top priority within 24 hours. Towards end of day yesterday I contacted Airtel’s Nodal Office Haryana and same promise was done that by today 5th July itself issue will be resolved.
I received a call from Airtel’s panchkula office regarding the issue stating that executive will be sent over today but after waiting for whole day no one came.
Till date in total 5 days my internet was not working, so according to my plan per day cost is 2828/90 = Rs 31.4. Basically Airtel has charged me Rs 157 uselessly and also apart from this, going through this process of writing to Airtel again & again with such pathetic response.
I don’t think so Airtel cares about it’s customer. I am doing Work from home & due to Airtel’s pathetic services I am unable to attend my office as well.
I expect some justice to be done in such situation.
