Text of Complaint by Rishabh Maurya:

I got Airtel Fiber Connection on 12th November 2020 . Then after 10 days on 22nd November a problem of technical issues started on every alternate days till January . I mailed Airtel customer care many times but they didn’t resolved it completely it was always a temporary solution . In January the person who installed my Airtel Fiber came and told me that you wire ( yellow colour wire) has fault in it and you have to replace it , he charged me 450 rupees and didn’t gave any bill. Then it worked fine for 10,20 days and then again the problem of technical issues started . I complaint them so many times but there was never a permanent solution . In between it worked fine for 1,2 months but the again in this month again this problem has started on regular basis . On 14th September internet stopped and I called the person who installed it ( as he told me that if any problem occurs call me , so I did ) he told me that he is arriving in 1,2 hours everytime I called him but he didn’t came then the next day some person called me and said your internet has started working you can use it and give me happy code , I gave him .
Now 22nd Internet again stopped working around 11a.m. and I called the person who installed it first 2,3 times he didn’t pick up ,afterwards he did and told me that he is coming like previously but he didn’t came . So I complaint in customer care the they raised a complain on 6:57 p.m. yesterday and told me that it will be resolved in the morning . I waited till 12 , no one called me or asked me for my complain then again I called customer care from 1:00pm to 8:00 pm every hour they just kept on saying it will be fixed in two hours ,three hours ,4 hours and someone will call you from our team but nobody did call me .
Today’s day is also completed and there is not even a single call or solution given to me.
