i have purchased airtel fiber connection at muzaffarpur. Its been 5 days since no one taking responsibility to resolve issue of speed even 121 also denying and telling me that they are helpless. also shivam which is sale head of muzaffarpur has denied to help me his assistant sambhu and sanjeev also not picking calls and every times they are saying we will check.
i have paid 2829 advance to airtel for this connection but after taking money no one is taking seriously this issue. They are also denying to refund my money. I am feeling so harassed which i can’t explain in words. AIRTEL FIBER MUZAFFARPUR doing scams with customer. Aftyer taking money they are sleeping. Neither 121 Nor Muzaffarpur Airtel TEAM will helping me.
My 4 friends also facing same issue in muzaffarpur but they tired and decide not to more complain.
