Hello I took a airtel fiber connection some days before its lesser than a month since now in this time period i suffered for 2 time that this fiber is seriously worst. First complain i registered on 2June but their executive came and just taken happy code and saying it will be resolved that’s it not telling the date not told anything after 2 days that was resolved but this time i am too much frustated I am a working man and due to this shitty connectn I lost my job. On 20th of June I was registered my complaint that it doesn’t provide internet facility. I don’t know whats wrong with their fiber box everytime having problem.. it stops internet connection i registered a complaint against it then their executive came and jst said sir abhi ho jyga 2 ghnte me uske bad call kra to bolta h knock me dala h ye hoga wo hoga phir sham ko call kr ke happy code mangta maine de dia keh ra otp aaya hoga bta dijiyega aur visit Y ka msg kr dijiye to kr dia maine usne kaha abi sham tk bn jyga roz wo yhi krra h aaj 24 ho gyi h itta jada preshn hu main isse mere paise bi brbad mere paise lautao yar ni lgwana h mujhe ye…uske bad se bhi ni ban pa ra h roz bnda call kr ke bs otp le leta h Visit Y ka msg kra leta h bs..usko bolo to kehta h abi bn jyga tbi bn jyga aur bar bar new date assign ho jati h…isse acha jio fiber na htwaya hota worst brand h airtel bht galat kia ispe bhrosa kr k..ab jindgi me na kabhi airtel use krunga aur apne ghr walo ko bi ni krne dunga mere ghr me 4 sim h airtel k sb band krwa dunga fraud h sb??
