I have asked for an airtel fiber connection and they asked for loaction and we sent the location and they said airtel fiber connection is available and they made us to do payment and then at last they call us and say they can’t provide 40 mbps connection they wil provide 16 mbps connection .and they say us this is enough for single computer .take this only ..but we made payment for our choice not for what u people say . And it’s been ,13 to 14 days they didn’t evn refund .airtel people are playing with us no proper response .no cancellation msg I got .when ever I ask they are saying it’s cancelled amount will be refunded in 7 days but it’s almsot 14 days .I don’t know I need my refund right now .or else I will file a complaint now thts it
