Since September 2nd, I have been having network and broadband problems.I regularly get in touch with Airtel customer service about this from 2nd September till now. I was unable to acquire a clear explanation of the problem and its status. I made the call 4-5 times each day. My problem has not been solved. only stating that the problem would be resolved by today, yet the problem is getting worse every day without being fixed. I’m completely worn out and losing patience. I was unable to finish my official work and study on time because of a subject matter difficulty.
Even though I have repeatedly followed the Airtel customer, no Airtel technician has yet visited my home.The problem is still persisted . Airtel response is worst .
I need to be compensated for my suffering, business loss, and educational.
