I am very disappointed with the service of Airtel. From last 5hrs I have WiFi outage, I had registered the complaint for same. Got the message of technician assigned but he didn’t shown up. When tried to connect with the local Airtel service provider he told me he is on leave and send someone else, nobody came on his behalf. When tried to connect with the Airtel salesman Vedant he told me to call local service provider [from his office we are getting connection] I told him that’s not my job, you check with the provider and let me know so he denied to do that. When I told him that I will raise complaint against it to Airtel head office he told me “do whatever you want to do” and disconnected the call. While taking the connection also we had faced the same issue, he was asking us to take permission from tue local service provider and if he approves then only they will install Airtel fibre at our place. Airtel is a brand, never expected this kind issues and bad service from them. Totally disappointed
