Text of Complaint by Shikhar Tyagi:

This Dr Shikhar Tyagi. My post is regarding the trouble and stress given to my family by AIRTEL. I have been using airtel broadband from last 2 years on copper wire and could not get it to fiber because of my covid duties. But when I asked for the same then total 7 Airtel executives came to my place during covid period for last 3 days and spent around 17 hours of time just for 2 hours work. First they brought wrong wire and incomplete equiptments for installation. Then made a new socket and ruined my walls by unnecessary drilling just to save their time and effort. Wrong information was provided to me by their so called expert technicians and we have to leave our work just to entertain them. Then installed an old used modem at my place. In response to my complaint, just sorry came by the Regional manager Mr Kunal bhardwaj and zonal manager Mr Jitender. When asked for compensating for the unnecessary troubles because of their unprofessional and incompetent actions, then nothing was done except sorry again. Lastly wrong plan was started. Now me and my wife are suffering from fever because of coming in contact with soo many technicians. We are isolated because of the fear of covid. I am going to sue AIRTEL FOR SUCH A MESS CREATED FOR US for financial and mental harassment.
