Sir/Madam
I have been a airtel customer from the days when airtel started but i have never seen the pathetic service being provided by airtel now.
My airtel fiber is not working from last mid April 2021 and even after many complaints airtel is doing nothing. First of all they lied to me that i have a pending payment and took rs1900/- from me when i had already paid rs1200/- in May 2021. Still my fiber is not working till now.
THE BASIC REASON WAS MY WIRE IS CUT FROM APRIL 2021 and you all were lying to me that there is this issue and that issue.
The technical team say we know wire is cut cut we dont have the wire. Airtel can check that with my usage.
Whats my fault.
I Want my Airtel firber connection to be working at the earliest. Further adjust all the amount i have paid till now in my future monthly payments as i have been made to suffer due to the negligence of airtel team.
