Hi,my self Somin jotshi and m frm Jammu (J&k).
I have applied for a new fiber connection on 1st of sep, n then i called on ur BHARTI AIRTEL number and asked them for time taken for installing it then they replyed me wait for 24 hrs.
After 24hrs i called them again for installment of fiber they asked me again wait for 24hrs…. till now they told me same comment and one more intrusting thing is that one of ur call attendent replird me ; sir you can choose another service for installing fiber like JIO,B.sS.N.L etc
Is this way to talk with customers …..
this shows the status anf fastest service of ur company….
Giving adds on televisions is not enough u have to prove it
