Text of Complaint by AKANKSHA SINGH:

I requested a new airtel connection and paid for the same, however, the amount got debited twice from my account. Attached herewith is the email transaction from my bank for the same. Request t process the refund for one transaction made.
I got the Broadband installed,
1st I need a refund asap for the amount debited from my account twice for the service.
2nd the connection installed worked only for 10 mins and since than its been 5 hours I am chasing your Airtel technical engineer who installed the same.
To highlight – Very rude behaviour
They aren’t concerned with people working from home and why do we need internet. If this is the case, pls take back ur instruments and refund my full amt, I might go with some other provider cos its hampering my work.
