Airtel started deducting excess amount from 11 – Dec -2019, where they have deducted multiple amount from my airtel wallet.
I raised this concerned to airtel team, but instead of refunding the amount, this exercise became a regular habit of airtel. Time to time they are doing the same things of deducting multiple amount and not refunding the amount being charged by them.
I have raised multiple complaints since 11 – Dec 2019 and till date 21-07-2020 and yet they haven’t refunded any amount. I have reached out to their Social media accounts for clarification and escalation but they are same, as they will respond for once and then take a stop.
