Dear sir,
I have booked a FASTag on 30th October 2019. I waited for 2 months but I didn’t get fast tag so after calling many times to customer care they cancelled my FASTag and deactivated it.
By the time they said that the entire amount will be refunded to me. On December 9th I got refund of 350 rupees still the lean amount which is not refunded after many follow ups.
I have wrote many emails to the customer care also called many times every time I am getting a reply saying that it will be refunded within 4 working days but it’s almost two months I am not getting any proper response from customer care kindly fix the issue I have mention the case details below.
