I applied for Airtel fastag on July 16, 2021.Everything happened smoothly up to the payment option and document updation of vehicle. I also received message that you ll receive fastag with in 12 working days where as customer care is telling that 14 working days. After so many time complained did not get any proper updation regarding the same. I registered 1st complaint no 11399096 on Dated 06-08-2021 at 13:16:27, second time gave compaint no is 11473864 dt 10-08-2021 at 15:55:38. After many time communication with customercare getting result is ZERO. Today once again i gave compaint against fastag not received 12104614 Dated 15-09-2021 at 16:58:59. I think its a worst customer care i have ever been called eveytime the same answer they are giving technically issue. If the issue is at your end then solve also done by your side not me. I am travelling a lot and giving double the toll gate fee. Please resolve this issue asap. You can think it personally if this will happened with you then what will u do?
I have attached all messages screen shot and voice messages between me and CUstomer CARE AGENT.I personally feel like Airtel is doing Fraud in the name of Fastag issue. I Feel like its a fraud by airtel bank
