Hi consumer complaint team,
I have ordered Airtel fastag on Dec 30 2021, till now I did not got my fastag, I tried contacting customer support, but unable to speak as there is only recorded messages in No 400. when i contacted thorugh Email they have provided invalid DTDC invalid consignment number [X69423200].
In their[airtel] there is auto generated Mail there is link to give complaint but the link which they have provided below doesn’t work.
In case, your complaint is not resolved within 30 days or not satisfied with the resolution, you may reach out to the concerned Banking Ombudsman under whose jurisdiction you are located. For details visit www.bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in
Above link will not even work at all.
Please help me to provide me the fastag or amount back to my Airtel wallet.
