I bought a fastag from my airtel app, while buying I also uploaded registration certificate of my vehicle. Inspite of that they issue fastag having incorrect vehicle registration number. I bought into their notice twicw by emailing, but they are asking me to buy another fastag by deactivating issued fastag , wheras fault is theirs who put incorrect vehicle registration number.
