I have ordered Airtel fast tag on 16th March, 2021, but still it has not been delivered. I have called customer care multiple times but it seems like that Airtel just hired the people to irritate the User. Every time they have the same reply that it will be delivered in 14 working days, but it’s been 23 days, and the card is not delivered yet. Also, there is no cancellation policy for the fast tag. I am paying double fee at the toll plaza’s because of Airtel’s being so careless. Also, the worst Airtel thanks app that airtel provides, which doesn’t contain the information of user, It has the same status for fast tag from day 1 that order is validating, i can’t understand what are they doing from the last 23 days that the order is still validating. I think i made a huge by ordering fast tag from Airtel.
