I bought the airtel fast tag by ordering from the MyAirtel app and its registered and in active state.
Initially the things were smooth for around 8months. From past 2 months I am seeing the money is getting deducted even though I have not travelled or passed any tolls.
I have raised this issue with by calling to their customer service via #400. They responded will reverse the money back but till now 6 times fraud transactions have happened and I don’t see any action from them.
The pattern is every time rs20/- deducts from the particular toll booth. I have also seen just in half hour 2 times deducted for the same toll booth. How can I cross the booth again without doing a return entry in the toll??
I assume this is the money fraud happening from the Airtel fast tag service and serious action to be taken.
